What to Expect
We pride ourselves on providing the ultimate transparency and customer service.
We've added the following information to let you know what to expect if you send us your waxes for casting.
Step 1: Sending in the Post
Your waxes will be sent to our PO box in Ashmore, where they will be promptly collected and stored in a cool, dry place.
Step 2: Quotation
Once we have your waxes, we will affix sprue wax onto them, allowing for a final quote and metal cost to be calculated and sent to you for your approval.
Step 3: Casting
Your wax pieces will be carefully invested (nothing to do with stocks, investment is the name for the casting plaster), followed by a burnout and cast, which for us is finished around 4pm on casting days.
Step 4: Finishing
If you'd like your piece magnetically tumbled, brandished, polished or stones set, this is when that will happen.
Step 5: Return by Post
Your finished pieces in your metal of choice will be carefully packaged and sent back to you in the post, optional signature on delivery.
